Adam Morawski

Founder and Managing Partner

Adam Morawski has been managing the Firm since 2006, providing legal assistance to both large international corporations and SMEs, as well as individual investors. Adam provides strategic-level advice and deals with investment projects and transactions; he particularly advises on investment financing, contracts, corporate law and real estate, and represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Adam’s particular area of interest is negotiations, where he has developed exceptional experience in strategic planning and negotiation techniques, as evidenced by the certificate from the Program on Negotiation for Executives, awarded in 2016 by Harvard University. He gained his experience in Polish and international law firms such as Baker & McKenzie, Gide Loyrette Nouel (in Paris) and Smoktunowicz & Falandysz, where he was responsible for the Italian clients department. He represented the State Treasury on the Supervisory Board of Metronex SA, and currently serves as the President of the Board of the Sight for Tomorrow Foundation, a charity dealing with research and vision rehabilitation in children.

He works in English, Italian, French, Russian and Spanish.
