Justyna Bartnik

Senior Associate | Managing Director

Justyna specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on company law and corporate governance. She has extensive experience representing clients in complex cross-border litigation and enforcement proceedings. She also advises on employment matters, as well as the legalisation of stay and work for foreign nationals in Poland.

Associated with the Firm since 2011, Justyna spent a decade building and developing her professional practice here. Following a period dedicated to broadening her experience outside the Firm, she rejoined as Managing Director, seamlessly combining operational management with ongoing legal counsel for clients.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of Italian and European Law (run in cooperation with the Università di Catania). Under the Erasmus programme, she also completed a year of legal studies at the Università di Padova in Italy.

She works in Polish, English, and Italian.
