Insurance and claims
We often assist in negotiations and proceedings concerning insurance claims. Our experience includes: successful negotiations with insurance companies advising English courts on the application of Polish law (acting as an expert witness) preparing out-of-court settlements representing clients in disputes against insurers, including on the international stage

For even greater convenience, we also offer a registered address at our Firm’s office. We provide a prestigious Warsaw address with minimal formalities, without the need for long-term contracts or deposits. We welcome foreign investors and Polish companies. National and European labour law
The Firm provides support both in the preparation of standard labour law documentation (employment contracts, regulations, managerial contracts, non-compete agreements), and also participates in negotiations between employers and trade unions, as well as representing employers before labour courts. We also assist foreign managers and employees in the procedure of obtaining work permits in Poland.
Family Asset Management
We ensure legal security of all assets of the entrepreneurs and their families who wish to invest, distribute or allocate them. We help create ownership structures, both in Poland and abroad, utilizing various types of companies, funds, and trusts. We assist in optimizing the division or liquidation of assets for tax purposes.
